You can access health services using the NHS Wales App. The app is a simple and secure way to book routine appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view parts of your medical record.

To access the app, you must have a fully verified NHS Login or valid photo ID to prove who you are. You must also be aged 16 or over.

Electronic Prescription Service

The Electronic Prescription Service, also known as EPS, will be starting at the surgery on 1 October 2026.

The Electronic Prescription Service, also known as EPS, allows prescriptions to be sent electronically from the GP practice to the patient’s chosen pharmacy.

This can help make the prescription process quicker and more convenient, as patients do not need to collect a paper prescription from the surgery.

Patients should continue to order their repeat medication in the usual way and allow at least 48 hours, or 2 working days, for the request to be processed.

Please sign up with your local pharmacy before your prescription is due to avoid any delay in prescribing.
