NHS Wales App

You can access health services using the NHS Wales App. The app is a simple and secure way to book routine appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view parts of your medical record.

To access the app, you must have a fully verified NHS Login or valid photo ID to prove who you are. You must also be aged 16 or over.

Other ways to order your repeat medication

  • Put your paper repeat slip into the box in the surgery foyer.
  • Post your repeat slip to the surgery. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like us to post your prescription back to you.
  • Use the chemist-managed service. Please allow additional collection time if ordering through a pharmacy.
