Telephone consultations

Not all medical problems require a face-to-face appointment. Where appropriate, we offer telephone consultations with a clinician.

If a telephone consultation is suitable, you will be given an approximate time when a clinician will call you.

Please ensure you are available at the agreed time and have a good phone signal.

Urgent appointment availability

Urgent appointments are available Monday to Friday.

  • Telephone: 8:00am – 6:30pm
  • In person: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Home visits

Home visits are available for patients who are housebound or too unwell to attend the surgery.

  • Lack of transport is not a reason to request a home visit
  • Please contact the surgery before 10:00am to request a visit
  • This helps clinicians plan home visits safely and efficiently

Out of hours

If you need urgent medical advice when the surgery is closed, please contact NHS 111.

In an emergency, always call 999.
